What is homeopathy?
Homeopathy is a natural, safe, gentle, non-invasive, holistic and comprehensive system of medicine.
Homeopathy works by administering small doses of natural substances that match the person's symptoms and their needs.
Homeopathic remedies stimulate the body's own healing mechanisms.
With homeopathy each individual's set of symptoms and their causes are taken into account. Homeopathy treats the individual and not just the disease name itself.
How it works
Each remedy is unique and acts as a template of information that helps the body when it has got stuck in a rut and it helps the body to move on.

Homeopathy uses natural remedies, which are safe, non-toxic and are non-addictive.
Remedies do not interfere with prescribed medication and can still be of benefit when used alongside conventional medicine
The remedies are either made of small sugary pills that dissolve on the tongue or drops.
One of the basic principals of homeopathy is like cures like. An example of this is that coffea is an excellent remedy for someone who can't sleep, is over excited and their brain is in overdrive at night.

It is suitable for people of all ages with different lifestyles from small babies, children, teenagers, pregnant women, housewives, and busy stressed career people through to the retired and elderly.
Once the body has been encouraged to heal itself, homeopathy can be used to maintain a good level of health.

What does a homeopathic consultation
involve?
The first consultation usually lasts 90 minutes and then 40 minutes for any follow-ups.
During the consultation the person's current symptoms will be discussed as well as going through medical and family history to establish any patterns that need treating.
Appointments are available in person, on WhatsApp, on Facetime and phone.

Remedies
Remedies prescribed during an appointment are included in the appointment fee.
Some tinctures and creams may incur a small extra charge.

To achieve this aim, I'm always happy to change it if you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellation of an appointment
All missed appointments and late cancellations represent a cost to the practice.
Therefore, we would like to make all patients aware that the full appointment price will apply to appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
